Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you start.
Every rebrand starts with three distinct concepts for your business — you choose the one you love. Every package includes a custom logo, a complete color palette, and a font pairing system built on royalty-free typefaces, plus a mockup gallery showing your new brand in the real world — your business card, your van, truck, and storefront together in one scene, and a team member in uniform. Brand Standard and Pro expand that into individual van and truck wraps, the full uniform line (polos, t-shirts, fleece jackets, baseball caps), a yard sign, door hanger, car door magnet, and a thank-you / Google review card. These vehicle and apparel mockups are reference visuals only — production comes from your own wrap shop or embroiderer using your logo files.
What changes between packages is what you walk away with: Essentials gives you the look (logo and brand, no website), Standard adds your full brand guidelines, website design, and branded business documents (an editable letterhead template and email signature), and Pro delivers print-ready and web-ready production files. You can see exactly what each package includes on our pricing section.
There are really two timelines. First, after you join the waitlist, we design your concepts and email your invitation to view them — see “How does the waitlist work?” below. Second, once you’ve seen your concepts and chosen a package, your final files follow fast: Brand Essentials within 24–48 hours, Brand Standard in 1–2 weeks, and Brand Pro in up to 4 weeks. Higher packages take a little longer because there’s more to produce — full guidelines, website design, and print-ready files. Any changes you request are additional.
We’re invitation-based, so we don’t keep a public portfolio — and honestly, someone else’s logo tells you very little about what we’d do for you. So instead of showing you a gallery of strangers, we show you the real thing: join the waitlist and we’ll design actual concepts for your business, free, before you ever pay. That preview is your proof. You judge our work on your own brand.
Absolutely — a brand-new business is one of the best times to get your brand right, before you’ve printed a single business card. You don’t need a logo, a website, or anything else to start; we build from the ground up. Two things you’ll set up on your own side: a domain (your web address — you buy it from a domain registrar for about $30–40 a year) and hosting (where your site lives online, through a web host). We don’t sell domains or host websites, so both stay in your name and under your control.
You don’t need any of that in place to begin — get us your details, we’ll design your concepts, and when you’re ready to go live, everything’s built to be worth showing off from day one.
No. Whether you’re starting from a hand-drawn sketch, a clip-art logo from years ago, or nothing at all, we build your brand from the ground up. An existing logo is helpful context, but it’s never required.
If you love your current logo and only want to modernize everything around it, we can build the rest of your brand to complement it. But most clients come to us precisely because their logo is holding them back — and in that case, a fresh mark is where the biggest gains are. We’ll give you our honest take before we begin.
Your concepts are finished work, not rough drafts — so revisions aren’t part of the standard process. You see real, complete directions and choose the one that’s right for you, and that’s what we deliver. If you do want to change your chosen concept, you can: the first revision is $250 and a second is $350, capped at two. Most clients never need one — that’s the whole point of seeing the finished work first.
That’s on us, and it’s always free. If your phone number, business name, address, or list of services comes out wrong in your concepts, just tell us and we’ll fix it. No charge, and it doesn’t use up one of your two revision rounds. That’s different from wanting a design change: switching a color, layout, or font falls under the paid revisions above, since that’s a preference, not a correction, unless you tell us you’d like it treated that way.
Yes — completely. Once your project is paid in full, your logo and your brand are yours to own and use however you like, for as long as you like. One important note: we design an original mark for you, but we don’t perform trademark searches or register trademarks. If you want to legally protect your brand name or logo, that’s a step to take with a trademark attorney — and we’d recommend it before you invest heavily in signage and wraps.
Your logo comes in AI, PNG, and SVG — vector and high-resolution formats that scale to anything and that any printer, sign shop, or embroiderer can work with. You can hand these files to your wrap shop, your apparel vendor, or your sign maker for exactly those jobs.
If you’re on Brand Pro, you also get print-ready production files — fully laid out and ready to send straight to a printer — for your business card, letterhead, thank-you / Google review card, yard sign, door magnet, and door hanger. Brand Standard includes your full brand guidelines as a PDF, plus an editable letterhead template and email signature.
Items like van and truck wraps and uniforms (polos, t-shirts, fleece jackets, baseball caps) are shown as mockups so you can see the look — the finished product comes from your own wrap shop or embroiderer using your logo files, since those depend on your specific vehicle or garments.
We design your website — the full look, layout, and feel — as part of Brand Standard (a polished UI design) and Brand Pro (web-ready files you can put online). A standard site runs up to about eight pages, covering what a trade business actually needs: home, services, service area, reviews, contact, and more.
If you already have a website, we reskin it in your new brand — your content, a dramatically better look. If you don’t, we build on a structure proven to work for trade businesses, and you provide your text and photos through a quick form so the site is genuinely yours.
Your UI design is the single foundation. If you want your site built and live, deployment simply constructs that same approved design into a working website — you never pay for the design twice. Hosting and your domain stay in your hands: we don’t sell domains or host websites — you buy your domain from a domain registrar and set up hosting with a web host, both in your name. Brand Pro’s $395 website-launch add-on delivers everything deployment-ready, and you host it wherever you like, with no ongoing fees to us.
A note on photos: any images you provide must be your own or properly licensed — you’re responsible for the rights to anything you give us. Even better, we can recreate and enhance imagery with AI so it’s fully on-brand, matched to your colors and mood, while your real job and crew photos stay front and center as proof of your work.
Not at all. If you’ve never had a website, we build yours on a structure proven to work for trade businesses — you just provide your text and photos through a quick form, and we design around them. If you already have a site, we reskin it in your new brand.
A note on domains and hosting: we don’t sell domains or host websites. You’ll buy your domain from a domain registrar (about $30–40 a year) and set up hosting with a web host — both stay in your name, so you’re never tied to us and there are no ongoing fees. One more thing worth knowing: whatever copy you send us, we don’t just paste it in — we refine every line so it fits your brand’s voice.
We take on a limited number of rebrands at a time to keep the quality high. Join the waitlist and, when your spot comes up, we get to work designing your concepts — no payment, no commitment yet. Most invitations go out within one to two weeks, though the exact timing depends on where you land in the queue; either way, we’ll email you a private link to view your concepts the moment they’re ready. If you already have an invitation code, you can view your rebrand right away.
Simple: you see your concepts first, then pay for your package when you choose the one you want — and we deliver your final files. No deposits, no installments, no invoices going back and forth. (If you’d like to change your chosen concept afterward, revisions are $250 for the first and $350 for a second, up to two.) For most clients, it’s see it, buy it, done.
Absolutely. If you start with Brand Essentials and later decide you want the full system or production-ready files, just reach out through our Contact page and we’ll send you a link to review your upgrade options — you simply pay the difference and we pick up right where we left off. You’re never locked in by your first choice.
You’ll see your rebrand before you pay — that’s the whole idea. No paying on a promise, no guessing what you’ll get. If a concept isn’t right for you, you simply don’t move forward. And if you love the direction but want a specific change, you can revise your chosen concept — $250 for the first revision, $350 for a second. Either way, you’re never stuck with something you didn’t choose.
Yes. We work with trade businesses anywhere — everything is handled remotely, from your first form to final delivery. Your location never limits the quality of your brand.
We specialize in trade and home-service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, flooring, roofing, renovation and general contracting, pest control, and cleaning — and we’re always open to others. If your business serves homeowners and you want to look the part, we’d love to work with you.
